During his official presentation at the Federal Road Safety
Corps (FRSC) stakeholders forum on speed limiting device enforcement in Nigeria,
held at The Banquet Hall, Sheraton Hotels & Towers, Ikeja Lagos today, 11th
September 2013, confessed that he failed a driving test in France during one of
his official visits to France.
Even though Corps Marshal Osita Chidoka made it seem like a
fun, it was actually not something to laugh about because it meant that some of
the authorities entrusted with the power of enforcing law and order in Nigeria
are themselves, lawbreakers.
Notwithstanding, Mr. Osita Chidoka must be commended for his
visionary leadership as the FRSC boss and his innovative approach towards the
enforcement and regulation of road safety laws in Nieria.
