According to reliable sources in the entertainment industry, Perez, who hailed from Isuofia in Anambra State died along with four of his friends.

It was gathered that the road mis­hap occurred in Onitsha, Anambra State where the Actor’s car reportedly ran into a ditch. Before his untimely death, Perez had acted in some flicks produced in Asaba, Delta State…May their souls rest in peace, amen!
