SHOCKING: WAECE Demands ₦1.8million From An NGO That Asked for List of Best WAEC Candidates For Scholarship

A Non Governmental Organization by the name - EDUBOX sent an official request to West African Examination Council (WAEC), asking for official list of candidates (by state) with the best WAEC result for 2015, to enable them award them scholarships and guess what WAEC replied the NGO?
