According to the source, Femi issued the cheque after staying in the hotel for months.
The hotel management filed a complaint against him and he was promptly arrested and charged to court on November 20 where he was granted bail on self recognition and the bail amount was 500,000 Naira. The case was adjoined till January 6, 2015
