Eyewitness reports reaching our desk reports that scores of
people were feared dead in Kano some hours ago from twin blasts at the heart of
the GSM market.
The eyewitness, Ali Isa told Vanguard that the Improvised
Explosive Device was planted close to the generator serving the market, while
the second bomb went off at the heart of the market.
The blast went off during the late afternoon prayers
triggered pandemonium within the vicinity.
