Cristiano Ronaldo To Leave Real Madrid For Manchester United?

Van Gaal’s side will now be preparing his troops for the clash with rivals City on Sunday and ahead of the game on the weekend, here is a round-up of all the transfer and team news surrounding the club.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is a big fan of Harry Kane and wants to snap up the Spurs forward in the near future. There are suggestions that Manchester United made a bid of €34 million (£25m) in the summer, but Spurs were not prepared to do business. However, Van Gaal wants to reignite his interest in the forward in the coming months. Kane has created 13 chances in the league this season. (beIN Sports, via Calciomercato)

Former England international David James believes Martial and Kevin De Bruyne were the Premier League’s best signings in the summer. Martial scored three goals in his opening two league games after moving to Old Trafford and that earned him the September Player of the Month award. James has hailed the 19-year-old and despite the fee he commanded, believes the Frenchman was one of the finest arrivals over the summer. Martial has a 75% shot accuracy in the league this season. Former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon admits Cristiano Ronaldo could be on his way out of Spain this summer. The 30-year-old has been heavily linked with a return to Manchester United, with Real Madrid not preparing fresh contract talks with the forward. With PSG now also expressing an interest, Calderon believes he can see Ronaldo perhaps considering his options in the summer of 2016. Ronaldo has completed 13/26 take ons in La Liga this season.
