Petitioning PayPal: Bring PayPal to Nigeria

Nigeria is the largest economy in Africa with millions of dollars in e-commerce potential and Nigerians that want to take part in online transactions cannot fully use PayPal which is accepted as the only payment method on some websites.

This has become a source of frustration for the Legit people from Nigeria who want to carry out ecommerce online but have no access to this feature. It's bad that everytime I look at this page, I see some countries that don't have much economic prowess on the list. It’s so frustrating that some have defaulted to hood-winking the paypal system via proxies, we don’t want to anymore!

If Google can comfortably and successfully operate Google Adsense in Nigeria, then Paypal has no excuse if it is truly of equity and want to remain the best payment system in the world.

Join thousands of Nigerians in this “Bring Paypal To Nigeria” cause by signing this public petition. To join the cause, kindly sign this petition for a change: http://www.change.org/petitions/paypal-bring-paypal-to-nigeria

Share this on your facebook, twitter, Google Plus, and Linkedin walls and get more Nigerians aware to sign this petition.

Note: As at last year, Nigeria was not included on Google Adsense direct bank wire payment method for Adsense Publishers, but after many push and petitions by Nigerians, Google Adsense finally considered Nigerian publishers this year; such that Google Adsense publishers from Nigeria can now receive their payment directly to their Nigerian dom bank accounts without having to wait for international cheques. Same way, we must win in this “Bring Paypal To Nigeria” petition, so join us now.
