Brazilian Villagers Armed with Bows, Arrows & Charms Attack Police While Protesting Against Brazil's Hosting of The FIFA World Cup 2014 [Photos]

LAFMAO… Indigenous locals in Brazil armed with bows, arrows & charms clashed with police in Brazil's capital of Brasilia, just outside the Mane Garrincha National Stadium ,two weeks before the World Cup kicks off. Why are they fighting? Find out below:

The locals are protesting the hosting of the FIFA world cup final in Brazil because they think it will cost too much for a developing nation like Brazil, so to them, it is a waste of their national finance, lol. They say the billions spent could be used to better the lives of the poor.

They were further infuriated after learning the Brasilia's stadium will cost 1.9 billion reais (£500million),triple the amount earlier earmarked .The protests forced the government to cancel the exhibition of the World Cuptrophy.

Some fired arrows at the mounted police who retaliated with tear gas but did not use guns. See more pics below
