Picture of Ex Nigerian Military Presidents- Gowon, OBJ & IBB Laughing At President Goodluck?

Hmmm....what could have made these past 3 Nigerian heads of states- Gowon, OBJ & IBB laugh so loud like this? Could it be a mockery joke against President Goodluck Jonathan? I am thinking in the direction.....
