“The secret to staying in shape is working out,” says Angel Doutzen Kroes. “That’s something that makes you feel confident, and confidence makes you feel sexy.”

“A few weeks before the show I started working out every day; I started doing a lot of pilates, TRX, bar, taking care of my hair and skin, having relaxing messages and now today is the fun day!” says Alessandra Ambrosio.
