CONGRATULATIONS: Nigeria's Golden Eaglets Beat Mexico 3 - 0 To Win FIFA U-17 World Cup In Abu Dhabi!

Nigeria's under 17 soccer team, Golden Eaglets made yet another history in football today by beating their Mexican counterparts 3 - 0 to claim the championship medal of FIFA 2013 U-17 World Cup held in Abu Dhabi UAE.

This makes it the 4th time Nigeria is lifting this trophy, that is in- 1985, 1993, 2007 and 2013!

The match held today Friday 8th November 2013 at the Mohammad Bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Recall that Nigeria’s Golden Eaglet beat same Mexican team 6-1 during the preliminary stage in group F.

Nigeria was the best performing and entertaining team of the tournament, with its players winning other individual awards, and the goalkeeper being awarded the best keeper of the tournament, and he got a golden globe.

Once again, congratulations to all Nigerians…our boys have put us on the spotlight of global football again this year, after our senior team liften CAF trophy earlier this year.
