Is President Goodluck Still Visiting Lagos State Today Despite ACN Convention In Lagos Today?

Officially, President Goodluck Jonathan is supposed to visit Lagos State today 18th April, but Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) Party had for long scheduled their national convention to take place in Lagos today, now I am wondering what the traffic situation in Lagos would look like with this two major event taking place concurrently....let's wait and see, goodmorning!
