Rihanna’s Mom: The Only Person RiRi Is Scared Of

Pop singer Rihanna has made it clear, she doesn’t give a damn what anybody thinks about the ways she chooses to live her lifestyle. But only recently did she reveal that there’s an exception to that, and it’s Rihanna’s MOM!

In an interview with Elle UK for their April issue, the “Diamonds” singer admitted that even at 25, she’s had to endure some serious parental lectures from her fiesty mother, Monica Fenty. Over what, you may ask? According to the 25-year-old, her mom has taken issue with some of the more provocative photos her daughter has decided to post on social media for the world to see. Oh, and there have been plenty of them, haven’t there? Her mom must be pissed at her all the time!


Rihanna tells the fashion magazine, “I’m not afraid of any person in this world but my mother, I’m terrified of her!”

“She called me two days ago and reeled me in about two naked pictures [my friend] Melissa put up on Instagram, a sneak peek from a photo book she’s making about me.”

“She went crazy on me, I was like, embarrassed,” she added. “I felt like I got my ass whipped in front of my class at school! She humbled the f**k out of me.”

Hmmm, yeah I can’t imagine what about your daughter taking photos like this would make a mother fret? Could you? Nothing more so than maybe your offspring dating a dude that brutally beat her three years ago. Yeah, for me that one would take the cake. But maybe, just maybe, it’s the way Chris Brown speaks of RiRi that has won Rihanna’s mom over and warmed her heart. You think?
