I Am Not Beefing or Hating On Linda Ikeji, I Have No Reason To Do That

Sometime in January, I published a write-up on my blog criticizing the popular Nigerian female blogger, Linda Ikeji based on certain verifiable and proven facts, which I made very clear in that write-up, but unfortunately people misinterpreted that publication as an act of- jealousy, hatred, and beefing against Linda Ikeji.

This misinterpretation started with hateful comments from people, and insults/threats from Linda Ikeji’s blood sister who invaded my twitter account with all sorts of demeaning words. Some other persons, presumably, Linda Ikeji’s fans, also rushed after me with insults and accusations both on twitter and on my blog post.

 

Now, I want to make something clear- I wrote that write-up as a constructive criticism against Linda Ikeji’s mode of blogging, not necessarily as a beef, or because I am jealous of her or hating on her, for what reason should I hate on her? We all have our individual callings- Linda Ikeji might be prospering as a blogger, and I have my own several callings too that if most of you gets to discover, you will marvel and even withdraw your evil statements, but I will leave you all to keep guessing and wondering.

I repeat, Linda Ikeji as a very renowned blogger she is, ought to use that God’s given opportunity and favor to impact on the lives of her blog readers positively or she will lose it, mark my word today. If she refuses to use her blog to impact the society positively, she will live to regret it now or in future. She is succeeding as a blogger doesn’t mean she writes better than most other bloggers out there, nor does it owe tribute to the fact that she is the most intelligent blogger, it is because God allowed it to happen for a purpose. There are thousand and one other better writers and bloggers out there who are still struggling to succeed in their chosen fields, so let Linda Ikeji or her diehard fans not feel that it’s by her strength and wisdom that she is making it as a blogger because it is not.

I called Linda Ikeji an irrelevant blogger because her recent blog posts were becoming more irrelevant that relevant, and was also more of brag than inspiration to the readers. Linda is gradually loosing focus if her fans can’t see that, I do, and I want her to realize this and find her way back before she loses it. Now you may ask, how has she lost focus? Now listen, Linda Ikeji is now focused on promoting wayward lifestyles of Nigerian celebrities instead of exposing them as a way of correcting and discouraging those unscrupulous lifestyles of some presumed Nigerian celebrities. Tiwa Savage’s fiancée Tee Billz sometime last month went overboard to post an unscrupulous picture of where he is defecating at a hotel, and Linda went ahead to post it on her blog in a promotional way instead of condemning such stupidity, that’s just but a few of the things she’s doing wrongly to me.

Believe it or not, Linda Ikeji’s recent blog posts are beginning to discourage young people from living a morally upright life, and she is ignorantly or intentionally winning more souls for the devil and its wayward lifestyles, and she needs to retrace her way back before it is too late.

I love her as a person, I endorse her entrepreneurial spirit as a lady, and I expect her to use her popularity to inspire more youths in not just becoming bloggers, but better persons in life. I know she has inspired so many Nigerians and maybe foreigners to become bloggers, I applaud her for that, but that’s not enough because she can as well use her blog to inspire more youths in other areas of life, and also discourage the present downpour of negative western culture that’s now destroying our nation’s marriage and family systems.

God in heaven knows I have no issue with Linda, I am a correctional writer- I don’t just write to make money, I believe in impacting lives positively through whatever I do, and I believe that is the greatest task any wise human should strive to accomplish.

Note: I decided to publish this because of the continued insults coming from Linda Ikeji's diehard fans; you all should return your swords back to its sheaths because I am not beefing or hating on Linda Ikeji and she knows it.
