Being fat, obese or overweight comes with so many
disadvantages of which I am in no doubt that you already know. Don’t let anyone
deceive you with flattering words, it is healthier to be slim and fit than to
be overweight, and if you doubt me, ask medical experts.
Enough said, what are the quickest self practices to help
you lose that unwanted weight or body fat? Remember, the tips I am about to
give out here are no magic; they are things you can definitely put into
practice with little self discipline and control. So what are they?
1.
Eat what
your body can burn- stop listening to people who lie to you that being fat
has nothing to do with what you eat, then what does it has to do? If you don’t know,
know it now that you are what you consume! Yes, quote me anywhere, anytime!
2.
Never eat
late, especially before going to bed- eating late makes you grow fat, how?
Aside body nourishment, the foods you eat are basically to give your body
energy to carry out its numerous duties like: walking, talking, running,
thinking, sweeping, driving, writing, etc…so ask yourself; of what use is the
food I am eating very late in the night to my body system? Of course, when you
eat late at night just immediately before going to bed, your body system is
retiring to rest for the day, no much work to do again, so it will only store
up the food as excess fat to be consumed during starvation, and unfortunately,
you hardly starve, so the fat ends up being stored in your body system forever,
which of course leads to obesity and fatness!
3.
Reduce
fat and sugar intakes- fatty and proteinious foods are not the only source
of body fat and obesity, sugary foods tend to contribute more, so try as much
as you can and avoid sugary foods and take more of bitter foods. But in
general, reduce your intake of fatty, sugary and proteinous foods for better
result.
4.
Eat more
vegetables- I don’t need to stress much on this because it is
self-explained
5.
Start a
fitness program- no matter your schedule; it will be nice for you to
incorporate a fitness program into your family for best weight watch practice. Start
early to teach your children the need for them to stay fit, and watch them grow
old with it.
