In as much as what he did is wrong by ovetaking the president's convoy...he doesn't deserve to be treated this way but needed to be cautioned in a more civil way...but since its Africa and of course Uganda where Idi Amin perpetrated all manner of evil and went away with it....then anything can still happen...welcome to Africa...welcome to Uganda...more pics below:
