Pictured above is a photo a call girl still attached to the genitals of an elderly man who died while having sex with the call girl. An awkward footage was released online which show paramedics transporting the alleged dead body with the woman still stuck on the dead man, out of a building on a hospital stretcher. The incident is said to have happened in China...though the exact location is yet to be fully identified. Watch the video below after the cut:
