Commander-in-Chief’s eyes wandered all the way down the young woman’s dress —

they even called him “a perv,” according to the magazine.
The unknowing and pretty girl is 23-year-old Alex
Dooley, who was snapped embracing Obama in a hug as she gave the
introduction at a speaking event July 9.
