Jocelyn,72, also known as Known as the Bride of Wildenstein aka Catwoman underwent so many procedures rumoured to be $4 million to look like exotic cats she adored.

This is so sad...and she wasn't even ugly before. But who is to be blamed,the doctors that did the surgery or she herself?
